Contact
Hunted will reach out to prospective candidates and supply resumes for review. At this point, Hunted will determine a candidate’s interest level and what they bring to the table for the firm.

Evaluation
The hiring manager and Hunted will discuss the qualifications of each presented candidate, as well as concerns each party may have. Then we assist the hiring manager in setting interviews and callbacks, revisiting what was learned in the interview with the client and candidate and addressing concerns.

Offer Extended
Hunted will serve as a liason between the two parties to determine what needs must be met for the highest possible chance at placement after extending an offer. We work in the best interests of both parties and seek compromise where there are disagreements.

Placement
After placement, Hunted assists your new employee in a smooth transition out of their current role into your firm. We do this by aiding in resignation, ensuring that necessary information is correctly relayed to the new hire, and checking in with both the employee and hiring manager several times after placement to ensure a right fit.
